Stained Glass Yoga

Grab your mat and join us in the sanctuary for an hour long yoga class for all levels. This hour long practice will begin with chanting or song and continue with yoga movements meant for all levels of yogis from beginner to experienced. Connect with new intentions for a new year. The yoga movements will require participants to be seated at floor level, stand, and kneel on hands and knees. Led by our Associate Rector Alan Gates and his wife Bernadette, this spiritual and physical experience will bring balance and peace to your day. All are invited to explore this practice in the unique and cherished space of our sanctuary.
